Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8bdt ("8bdt", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://8bdt.im and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and API-integrated services. By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the 8bdt platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 8bdt, including but not limited to: online casino games (slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games), sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other covered sports), promotional offers and bonuses, the cashier and payment processing system, and the 8bdt customer support service. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a specific promotional offer's terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence for that offer only; all other provisions remain in full effect.

8bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 8bdt will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept an updated version of the Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Governing Jurisdiction

8bdt is operated as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. All disputes arising from these Terms or from the use of the 8bdt platform shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8bdt holds its operating licence. By using the platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of resolving any dispute or claim.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 8bdt platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access real-money games, place bets, deposit funds, or claim any promotional offer on the 8bdt platform. This age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of location.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria in order to open and maintain a valid 8bdt account:

• You are accessing the platform as a private individual, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are not acting as an agent for any other person when placing bets or making deposits.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of 8bdt or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• You do not already hold an active or previously closed account on the 8bdt platform under any name or identity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been self-excluded from the 8bdt platform or requested permanent account closure in the past.

8bdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawal requests, or permanent account closure.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access the real-money features of the 8bdt platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate permanent closure of your account.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 8bdt platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be permanently closed. Any balances, pending withdrawals, active bonuses, and accumulated loyalty points across all duplicate accounts will be forfeited without exception.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8bdt login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or store your credentials in a format that could be accessed by an unauthorised party. 8bdt will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if and when this feature is made available in your account settings.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 8bdt support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

8bdt accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. However, where 8bdt's own systems are at fault, we will take full responsibility and investigate promptly.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

8bdt supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the 8bdt platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and displayed using the ৳ symbol. No foreign currency conversion fees are applied by 8bdt; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges for which 8bdt accepts no responsibility.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via bKash and Nagad. Minimums for other payment methods are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your 8bdt balance in real time. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear.
• Own funds only: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a compliance review.
• No deposit fees: 8bdt does not charge any fee for processing deposits. Your payment provider's standard transaction fees may apply.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. No maximum withdrawal limit applies under standard conditions; high-value withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification.
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal to source: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Wagering requirement: Funds received as a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Verification requirement: Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. 8bdt will not delay a verified withdrawal unreasonably.

Refused & Returned Transactions

8bdt reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. Where a transaction is refused, the funds will be returned to the originating payment account within 3–5 business days. 8bdt will notify you of any refused transaction via your registered email address.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

8bdt offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 8bdt are subject to a wagering requirement unless the specific promotional offer states otherwise in writing. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific offer) must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotional offer page and in the bonus confirmation email you receive.

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are listed per-promotion.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated on the offer (typically 7–30 days from bonus activation). Unmet wagering requirements at the expiry date will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is live may be deemed a violation of bonus terms and result in bonus cancellation.

Bonus Abuse & Fraudulent Claiming

8bdt employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies (arbitrage, "hedging") designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 8bdt reserves the right to cancel all active bonuses, void associated winnings, and permanently close all involved accounts.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the 8bdt platform, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations apply to your use of all 8bdt services from the moment of registration through to account closure.

You Must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at registration and throughout your use of the platform, including during KYC verification.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify 8bdt immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Play only for personal entertainment and within financial limits that are comfortable for you.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction as they relate to online gambling.
• Use only payment methods registered in your own legal name for deposits and withdrawals.
• Co-operate fully and promptly with any compliance or verification request made by 8bdt's security or KYC team.

You Must Not:

• Register more than one account on the 8bdt platform under any circumstances.
• Provide false, misleading, or unverifiable information at any stage of your account lifecycle.
• Use any software, script, bot, crawler, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to interact with or exploit the 8bdt platform in any way not explicitly permitted.
• Collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards, exchange information during live games, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit odds.
• Engage in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds of illegal origin, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using the 8bdt cashier as a financial pass-through.
• Engage in charge-back fraud by disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after you have received the associated service on the 8bdt platform.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in 8bdt games or platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of an identified technical error will be voided.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse 8bdt support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Use the platform if you have previously been self-excluded or your account has been permanently closed by 8bdt.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in account suspension, cancellation of active bonuses and pending withdrawals, forfeiture of balance, and/or permanent account closure at 8bdt's sole discretion. Where conduct is suspected to constitute a criminal offence, 8bdt will co-operate fully with law enforcement authorities.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

Either you or 8bdt may initiate the closure of your account at any time, subject to the conditions described in this section. Voluntary closure by the player does not affect any obligations (such as outstanding wagering requirements) that were in place before the closure was requested.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your 8bdt account, please contact our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be paid out to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours of the request being confirmed. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support agent so that appropriate self-exclusion options can be discussed with you.

Closure or Suspension by 8bdt

8bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Confirmed bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Provision of false or unverifiable registration information.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below).

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or real-money bet has been made for a period of 12 consecutive months. 8bdt will notify you by email at the 9-month and 11-month marks before dormancy classification. A dormant account may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per calendar month, deducted from the account's real-money balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be permanently closed. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bdt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 8bdt platform, including but not limited to: gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data, emotional distress, or any technical failure or interruption of service.

8bdt provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to all services, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, downtime, or technical disruptions. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible. Unscheduled outages will be resolved as quickly as is reasonably practicable.

Game Outcomes & RNG Integrity

All game outcomes on the 8bdt platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) provided and audited by 8bdt's game studio partners. 8bdt does not control individual game outcomes. Any dispute relating to an individual game result must be raised with 8bdt support within 48 hours of the disputed event. 8bdt will liaise with the relevant game studio to conduct an independent review. The outcome of that review will be final and binding.

Sports Betting Results

Sports betting results are settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules and 8bdt's published betting rules, which are available in the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of a data feed error or technical fault affecting a sports market, 8bdt reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. 8bdt is not responsible for errors or delays in third-party data feeds used to power live sports markets.

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a resolution within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint, you may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified in your jurisdiction or under the terms of 8bdt's operating licence.
